Lisa has been a hard hitting independent journalist for over 10 years! This time however it's time to put down the news (well sort of) and embark on a whole new journey! Along with her husband they are going to explore their passion for great food, amazing drinks and an overall amazing EXPERIENCE that breaks out from the norm and defines a forking awesome escape from reality or a forking disaster story of epic measure!

Tony has over 35 years of food and dining experience. There are very few people who know, from front to back, what it takes to make a forked up experience an forking amazing one. He joins his wife in this newest adventure that is sure to take the hospitality industry by storm!
